Log in to your Wiikey account, or create a new one if necessary. Select "WBFS Manager," then "USA." Click "Get this file" for your version of Windows, either 32-bit or 64-bit.
Click the check box to agree to the terms and conditions, and click "Download." When the download completes, unzip the file and open the folder "wbfsmanager_4_0." Double click "Set up." Click "Next" to install WBFS Manager on the computer.
Return to the Wiikey website, and click "Downloads." Select your Wiikey product, then "USA." Click "Get this file" to download the latest firmware.
Format your SD card by right clicking on the SD card icon in the WBFS Manager. Under the "File System" heading, choose "FAT32" if you are using Windows XP, or "FAT" if using Vista or 7. Click "Start."
Click "Load," then locate the update file you have downloaded, and click "Open." Move the update onto the SD card by clicking "Add to Drive," then "OK."
Remove the SD card from the computer, and insert it into the Wii. With the Wii turned on, click the "GameCube" logo from the menu. Press the "Reset" button on the Wii to scroll through the list until you highlight the update. Press and hold the "Reset" button again. When the Wii resets, click the "GameCube" logo again.
