How to Put WiiWare on the Wii

WiiWare is a collection of games available for download via Nintendo's Wii Shop. With WiiWare, players can access a variety of game titles, many of which are exclusive to the Wii. The WiiWare library offers fare such as shooters, action games and puzzles. Before playing these games, they must first be purchased using Nintendo Wii Points, then downloaded to the Wii owner's console.

Instructions

      Purchase Nintendo Wii Points from the menu of the Wii Shop or from any participating retailer.

      Add the Wii Points to your account by going to the main menu of the Wii and clicking on "Wii Shop." Click "Add Wii Points."

      Browse for WiiWare games, then click on the one you want to select it.

      Choose "Download" from the game's description page to download the game. It may now be played by accessing it from the main menu of the Wii.
