Adding a Remote to My Wii System

The Wii Remote is the default controller for the Nintendo Wii. The Wii Remote is a wireless controller that can house other Wii controllers (e.g., the Classic Controller) and extensions to other peripherals such as light guns and steering wheels. When adding multiple Wii Remotes, each Wii Remote must be synced one at a time.

Instructions

      Turn on the Nintendo Wii.

      Remove the battery cover on the Wii Remote you want to sync.

      Open the SD card slot cover on the front of the Nintendo Wii. Press the "Sync" button.

      Press the "Sync" button in the battery cover on the Wii Remote. When the lights on the front of the Wii Remote stabilize, the controller has been synced successfully.
