The "Wii Fit" is a body training game complete with a Wii Fit balance board for certain exercises. Improve the tone of your body and get in shape with strength training, yoga routines, balancing games and aerobics. This game requires at least one Wii controller (which comes with the Nintendo Wii game console), the Wii Fit game CD and the Wii Fit board. Some of the exercises, such as the free run and advanced yoga stretches, do not require the use of the board.
