How to Play Saved Gamecube Files on Wii

Open the flap on the top of the Wii console. It will be the smallest one toward the back when the Wii is in the vertical position. There are two slots, labeled "A" and "B." Stick the memory card in the first slot.

Open the second, larger flap on the top of the Wii console to reveal your four controller slots. GameCube games can only be played with GameCube controllers. Plug in the number of controllers that you need to play your GameCube game.

Insert the mini game disc of the Nintendo GameCube into the disc slot on the front of the Wii.

Use your Wii remote to access the Wii Menu by selecting the white circle labeled "Wii" on the bottom left corner of the screen. Select "Data Management" from the menu. From here, you can select Nintendo GameCube and then view, organize and erase data from the GameCube memory card.

Access the Wii Channel menu. To play the game, select the rectangle on the top left corner. This is the same rectangle you select to play any other Wii discs.
