TVersity
Download and install a free copy of TVersity (see Resources). Launch the program, and then click on its "Library" tab.
Click on the "Add Item" buttons to select a new folder for TVersity's media source or click on the "Delete" to remove a source.
Select the "Run" option from your PC's Start menu, and then type "cmd" inside of the Run box. Type "ipconfig /all" in the Command Prompt window, and then press the "Enter" key on your keyboard. Write down the address beside the "IP address" and then close the window.
Start your Wii, and then select the web browser from its Start screen. Type your IP address into the browser's address bar. Add":41952/Flashlib" to the end of the address, and then click "OK" to view the TVersity media sources from your PC.
Wii Media Center X
Download and install a free copy of Wii Media Center X (see Resources). Select the "Computer" option from your PC's Start menu. Open the hard drive the contains your installation of Wii Media Center X.
Open the "Program Files" folder, and then open the "Red Kawa" folder inside of it. Open the "Media Center" folder, and then open its "Software" folder. You'll find a music, video and image folder inside of the Software folder. Drag and drop your media into the appropriate folder.
Start your Wii, and then launch its web browser. Launch Wii Media Center X -- the program will launch into a web browser. Type Wii Media Center X's address into your Wii browser's address bar, and then select the "OK" option to navigate to your PC's media shares.
Orb
Sign up for a free Orb account, and then install the Orb Caster application (see Resources). Launch Orb Caster, and then log into your account.
Check the "These folders" box under the "Orb Users" tab, and then click on the "Add" button to locate media folder to associate with your Orb account. Minimize the program.
Start your Wii, and then launch its web browser. Type "mycast.orb.com" into the browser's address bar, and then click "OK" to navigate to your Orb media server.
