Approach the "Alter of Epic Rituals," which is located in the marketplace area attached to the "Tower of the Twelve" in Stormreach. The altar is located next to the "Stone of Change."

Click the on altar and drag the epic dungeon tokens, Shard of the Red Dragon, flawless red dragon scales and dragonscale robe or armor into the item slots in the "Alter of Epic Rituals" panel.

Click "Forge" to create the epic red dragonscale armor. Epic items are automatically bonded to your character.
