Basic Conrols
The controls for Reverb 2 are pretty easy. Use the W, A, S and D keys to move your stick figure around. W moves up, D moves down, A moves to the left and S moves to the right. Aim your cursor with your mouse, and press the left mouse button to use your equipped weapon. Press "E" to block. Press the "F" to turn your flashlight on or off. Cycle through your available weapons with the left and right keys on your keyboard. Press the Space button on your keyboard to advance through the game's dialogue boxes.
Combat
Conserve your ammunition, and always be sure to pick up clips of ammo when you see them. When you run out of ammo, you will have to resort to punching your enemies to death. While this might be OK for your first encounter, it takes too long and requires you to cross too much distance. By the time you get in punching range, you will already be dead. If at all possible, you should take out any enemies with firearms first. They are the ones that can hurt you at a distance. Once they're out of the picture, you can pick off the hand-to-hand enemies at your leisure.
Navigating the world
Interact with objects by walking up to them. There is no "Use" key in Reverb 2; you will automatically interact with an item once you walk up to it. To move from one room to another, walk through the gray bars on the side of the room. These are doors.
Bomb puzzle
The bomb puzzle comes in three parts: speed clicking, rhythmic clicking and a number puzzle. The speed clicking part is straightforward; simply press the left mouse button as rapidly as you can to advance the yellow ball to the top of the game window. The rhythmic clicking will require you to press the left mouse button every time the words below flash red. The number puzzle will require you to press the white squares in the correct order. This will require a certain amount of trial and error. The counter starts at zero, and will reset to zero every time you press the wrong button. Once you figure out the correct order, you can press the five white buttons in the correct order and disable the bomb.
