Instructions
Start the game and then log in with your account details. Select the world and channel you want to play in before selecting the character for whom you want the "Grand Lionman" hairstyle.
Travel to the Blackwing territory of "Edelstein" on your world map. You can easily reach it by using air travel from either Victoria Island or Orbis. If you are playing as a "Resistance" class character, you will automatically start in Edelstein, making this step even easier.
Walk to the bottom left hand side of the town area and you will see a building that has two gears with a pressure dial in the middle giving it the shape of scissors. This is the hair salon run by "Fabio" the only stylist that can give your character the Grand Lionman haircut.
Open the cash shop buy pressing the tilde key "~" and buy the "Hair Style Coupon (VIP)" from the "Beauty Parlor" section if you do not already own one. Without this coupon you won't be able to get any hair styles. Remember the coupon cost "NX Cash" (shown on the bottom of the shop screen), which you will have to purchase with real world cash.
Click "Exit" to leave the cash shop and then press "Up" in front of the beauty parlor to enter. Double click on Fabio to start a conversation with him. Click "Change Hairstyle (VIP Coupon)" and then click the pink "remove all" button so you can see your character without their headgear.
Click the "Next" button five times to scroll through the available styles until you reach the "Grand Lionman" hair. Click "OK" to trade your coupon in for the new hairstyle.
