How to Upload Scripts to RSBot

RSBot is one of many hacking programs that can be used with the massively multi-player online role-playing game "RuneScape." The program allows you to give your character extra content, such as weapons or armor, or even automate your character's actions with scripts. These scripts can be used to automatically and repeatedly perform mundane tasks, such as mining or even attacking. However, if you want to use a script, you should only do so on an offline server. Doing so online will result in your account being terminated, as it is against the game's Terms of Use.

Instructions

  Navigate to the "Scripts" folder of your "RSBot" directory. You can specify where to install the program's files and folders, which is where the program's directory is located. By default, it is located in the "Program Files" folder.

  Right-click in the folder. A list of options will expand. Also, make sure not to right-click any files currently in the folder.

  Hover over "New" and click "Text Document" from the list that expands. A blank file will open in Notepad.

  Type or paste the script that you want to use into the file.

  Click the "Save As" option from the top toolbar. The correct directory will already be selected -- the "Scripts" folder of your "RSBot" directory.

  Click the "Save as File Type" drop-down box and click "All File Types." Give the file a name and press the "Save" button to save the file.

  Start "RSBot" and "RuneScape." If it doesn't do so automatically, you should log in to your account and enter the game world. In "RSBot," the created script file will already be displayed in the left-most pane.

  Click the "Compile All Scripts" button at the bottom-right. The scripts will then be loaded and the button will switch to "Run."

  Click "Run" to activate the scripts in "RuneScape."
