Tricking the Player Count
Choose an enemy or boss to fight. Your race nor the enemy's race matters. You can pick any enemy for this battle. The goal is to make the enemy boss think you are more than one.
Press the "Enter" key to type, then enter "/players x" only replace "x" with a number from 1 to 8. Then press "Enter" again to lock in the command.
Enter a number relative to your skill level. The number raises the amount of gold that the boss drops, but the boss' health level also increases. Type in 3 or 4.
Loot the target after defeating it and move on to the next target, continuing to change the player count as you go.
Resetting the Cow Level
Fight through "Cow Level" until the words "Cow King" pop up at the top of the screen.
Run back to the start of the level and exit the portal you entered to get into "Cow Level."
Re-enter "Cow Level" to find that it has been reset, allowing you to go through it once more as if you never had.
Reset the game multiple times to continue earning gold in the "Cow Level."
Altering the Hex Code (For Anyone Familiar with Hex Editing)
Download "Hex Workshop" (see Resources). Install "Hex Workshop" and open the program.
Edit the hex code at hex location "0x265 to 0x268" or at the hex location "0x269 to 0x272." The first location is the player's stash, while the second is the money held by the player. Changing either of these numbers increases the amount of money you have.
Save the hex code in Hex Workship and load "Diablo 2" as normal. You should now have more money in your stash.
