How to Make the Ultimate Bomb in Star Ocean III:Till the End of Time

Enter a workshop. Workshops can be found in Airyglyph, Kirlsa, Peterny, Aquios, Kirlsa Training Facility, Bequerel Mine, Mountains of Barr, Urssa Lava Caves, Ancient Ruins of Mosel, Shrine of Kaddan and the Maze of Tribulations.

Approach the work desk and press the "confirm" button (Default: "X").

Check to see if "ENG" is highlighted below Workshop Facilities on the menu. If it is not, select "Expand Workshop Facilities" and choose "Engineering." It will cost 6000 fol.

Select "Invent" on the menu.

Select three character portraits to put on Line 1. To create the Ultimate Bomb, the three characters chosen must be a combination of Fayt, Cliff, Maria, Roger, Vanilla or Izak.

Select "ENG" under Type.

Select "Original Invention" under Plan. A randomly generated number should show up under Cost. In order to make an Ultimate Bomb, the cost must be 180. If it is not, reselect the characters in your line from the six required characters until the random number shows up as 180.

Press the "square" button on your controller.

Select "Yes" under the Try Inventing query. Wait for the Time bar to fill up once. 180 fol will be subtracted from your overall fol.

Press the "triangle" button on your controller, then select "Yes" at the next query. A message will pop up announcing that you have created the Ultimate Bomb. It will look like a yellow rubber duck.
