How to Get Isaac's Laser Blade in 'Castlevania: Curse of Darkness'

The Laser Blade sword from "Castlevania: Curse of Darkness" is a formidable weapon. Its impressive appearance is matched only by its plus-55 attack bonus. You can experience the Laser Blade's power up close during your second battle with Isaac in Dracula's Castle.

To get the Laser Blade, you'll have to work your way through a lengthy list of items. Once you've collected all of the necessary ingredients, you can use the game's item creation feature to obtain your own version of the weapon.

Instructions

  Collect a pair of Bronze drops from the Skeleton enemies. Combine these two items to form a Short Sword.

  Collect a Jet Black by defeating a Cockatrice, Efreet or Lizardman. Alternatively, you can also steal one from a Cyclops. Combine the Jet Black with a Short Sword to form a Broad Sword.

  Collect two of the Wild Memory item by defeating the Fenrir, Skeleton Blaze or Zombie enemies. Steal a Ceremonial Tool from a Vassago or Blaze Master. Combine a Wild Memory with a Short Sword to form a Gano. Combine the Gano with a Wild Memory, Ceremonial Tool and Short Sword to form the Ada.

  Defeat Armor Knights, Lesser Demons or Orcs to obtain an Aluminum. Combine an Aluminum with a Short Sword to create a Foil. Steal two of the Carbon Steel items from the Great Armor enemy, or earn them as rare drops from the Sniper Orc. Combine one Carbon Steel with the Foil to create the Main Gauche. Combine the Main Gauche with the other Carbon Steel and a Short Sword to form the Sword Breaker.

  Defeat the Assassin Zombie, Lizard Shaman or Red Ogre enemies to obtain an Indigo Steel. Combine this with a Broad Sword for the Schiavona.

  Steal a Dragon Scale from a Skeleton Rider. Steal an Ether from a Mage Shaman. Defeat the Blaze Master, Fishman or Sniper Orc enemies to obtain an Ancient Memory. Combine the Dragon Scale, Ether and Ancient Memory with an Ada to form the Kris Naga.

  Steal a Damascus Steel from the Iron Gladiator enemy. Combine the Damascus Steel with a Kris Naga to form the Damascus Sword. Defeat the Rapid Sniper or Skeleton Trooper enemy to receive a Ceramics. Combine the Ceramics with a Short Sword to form the Bastard Sword.

  Steal a Dark Crystal from the Evil Core enemy. Defeat Unicorns to receive a Beelzebub's Seal. Combine the Dark Crystal and Beelzebub's Seal with a Damascus Sword and six Short Swords to obtain a 7-Bladed Sword.

  Steal the Purple Glitter from the boss enemy Dullahan in the Infinite Corridor.

  Combine a Short Sword, Broad Sword, Ada, Sword Breaker, Schiavona, Kris Naga, Damascus Sword, Bastard Sword, 7-Bladed Sword and the Purple Glitter to create the Laser Blade.
