Unfortunately, you can't play Infamous 2 online on PS3 anymore. The online servers for Infamous 2 were shut down in October 2014. This means that features like the co-op mode and multiplayer are no longer accessible.
There's no way to get them back. You can still enjoy the single-player campaign, but you won't be able to play with others online.
