How to Make It Snow in GTA IV for PS3

"GTA IV" is a sandbox-style shooter examining the crime networks that act as the foundation of the fictional Liberty City. Cheats are a prevalent part of the "Grand Theft Auto" series, and while some have high utility, the weather cheat and others are simply for pleasure. If the randomized weather system within the game doesn't suit the context or is otherwise undesirable to you, change it -- Liberty City is your playground.

Instructions

  Speak with Roman outside of his taxi service to acquire your first cell phone if you have not done so already. He is represented by the letter "R" on your city map; click his icon to add a GPS route to your mini-map in the corner of your HUD so that you can reach him more easily.

  Press "Up" on the directional pad of your controller to pull out your cell phone.

  Input the number "468-555-0100" and select the green "Send" button. You only need to type the numbers, as the cell phone automatically fills on dashes. After pressing "Send," the cheat is inputted for the first time, changing the weather.

  Select the "Cheats" sub-menu from the cell phone's main menu and select the cheat again to randomly select another weather pattern. Do so repeatedly until it begins snowing.
