How to Unlock Hotel California on Guitar Hero for the PlayStation

"Guitar Hero World Tour" for the PlayStation 3 is a video game where the player uses a guitar-shaped controller to play the guitar tracks to popular rock songs. This controller has four color-coded buttons that act as pretend frets. You must hit the proper color button in time to the song to earn a high score and unlock more songs. "Hotel California" is one of the songs that you can unlock in "Guitar Hero World Tour," either through normal game progression or by using an unlock cheat.

Instructions

  Press the "Start" button on a normal PlayStation 3 controller to launch the menu.

  Use the arrow buttons on the controller to navigate to "Options" and press the "X" button.

  Navigate to the "Cheats" option and press the "X" button on the controller.

  Go to "Enter New Cheat" and confirm by pressing the "X" button.

  Press the following color combination on the buttons of the Guitar Hero guitar controller:
  
  "Blue," "Blue," "Red," "Green," "Green," "Blue," "Blue," "Yellow."

  Exit the game menu by repeatedly pressing the "Circle" button on the regular controller.

  Start the game as you normally would. You should now see all tracks, including "Hotel California," unlocked and playable in your game.
