How to Unlock Challenges in Batman: Arkham Asylum

When you are done playing through the story mode for "Batman: Arkham Asylum" there are still a number of tasks to finish, including finishing challenges. Challenge mode features two different types of challenges --- Combat Challenges and Predator Challenges. Combat Challenges require Batman to earn a certain amount of points by defeating groups of thugs. Predator Challenges require Batman to take down all thugs in an area before the time runs out. In order to play a challenge level, you must unlock it first.

Instructions

  Play through the game's story mode, and complete story missions to unlock several challenges. It is recommended that you complete the story fully before playing the challenges, as you will have unlocked all of the gadgets and upgrades, which will make finding and completing challenges easier.

  Solve the Riddler challenges by deciphering the clues provided to you throughout the game. The clues reveal the locations of the Riddler Trophies, which are needed to unlock the remaining challenges.

  Travel to the locations indicated by the clues, and search for the hidden Riddler Trophy. Activate detective mode and scan the area using your goggles to find and collect the trophy.

  Open the challenge mode menu to play any of the challenges you have unlocked.
