How to Get the Chaparral in GT5

The PlayStation 3 game "Gran Turismo 5" features hundreds of licensed cars you can race with, including a Chaparral 2J race car. The cars are designed to look and handle as they do in real life. In the game, the Chaparral is the 1970 model and has a maximum horsepower (hp) of 679 hp.

      Play the game normally, entering races, tournaments and leagues. You need to earn $12 million through normal game play.

      Go to the used car lot in the game.

      Browse the available cars looking for the Chaparral 2J. If it is there, purchase it. If it is not there, go back to the used car lot on a different day. Like other cars available in the lot, the Chaparral appears randomly.
