Combat
Throughout the entire game you have opportunity to earn trophies through prowess (or ineptitude) in fighting. Earn the "Bank Shot" trophy by killing 10 enemies using the environment, like shooting nearly explosive canisters. Earn "Kiss the Cook" by killing 10 enemies with the Napalm Cannon, "Raining Men" by killing four enemies with a single grenade, "Blinding Truth" by killing 10 enemies with the Laser, and "Stick Around" by pinning 10 enemies to the wall with the Hammerhead. If you kill ten enemies with melee attacks, you'll earn "Snake Fist!" The "Deadly Ballet" trophy is for killing four enemies during a single slow-mo attack, and "Dead-Eye" is for shooting ten enemies in the head with the Sniper Rifle. If you use 50 interactable objects for cover, as by flipping over a desk, you get the "Home Wrecker" trophy. The odd "Suicidal Tendencies" trophy is yours if you kill yourself five times.
Missions and Items
Every time you complete one of the major missions on any difficulty, you earn a trophy. This applies to the initial "Sanctuary" mission all the way through to the "Climax" mission. There are a total of 14 of these trophies. If you manage to complete every mission on the hardest difficulty setting, you'll earn the "Veteran" trophy as well. Also, if you collect pieces of intel throughout the game, you can earn up to four additional trophies. There are 76 pieces of intel outside of the tutorial, and every time you find 25 percent -- nine intel pieces -- you earn a new trophy. Earn the "Paparazzi" trophy when you find 25 percent, "Historian" at 50 percent, "Stalker" at 75 percent and "Oracle" is for all 100 percent. You'll also earn the "All Juiced Up" trophy if you manage to collect every Reflex Injector.
Ranked Match Trophies
These trophies are only available by certain actions during multiplayer ranked matches. The "Bad Robot" trophy is for using a carried weapon to defeat two enemy Powered Armor units. If you kill three enemies when you're blinded by a Shock Grenade, you'll earn the "Flash Dance" trophy. By capturing a PHLAG ten times you earn "The Mad Capper" trophy. The "Monogamous Fragger" trophy is an award for killing one player five times during a single match. If your kill count if higher than your own death count by the end of a match, you get the "I'll Take Those Odds" trophy, and you receive the "Bloodbath" trophy by killing 20 enemies during a single match. You can earn two trophies unique to FailSafe matches: if you succeed in setting a C4 charge three times, you'll earn the "Demolitions Expert" trophy, and if you succeed in disarming a C4 charge three times, you'll earn "Dastardly Disarmer." Similarly, you have two unique trophies available in Control matches. Defending a control point 10 times earns "Control Freak," and capturing a control point 10 times earns "Gotta Cap 'Em All." If you alone captured PHLAGs during a Blitz match and your team won the match, you receive the "MVP" trophy. The "City Planner" trophy is for destroying "combat ops," which means destroying various parts of your environment, like fire hydrants, awnings and certain doorways. Lastly, if you complete an entire death match without dying, you'll earn the "Untouchable" trophy.
Other Multiplayer Trophies
If you manage to earn the most points in three matches in a row, regardless of the mode you play in, you'll receive the "Finishing First" trophy. After spending eight cumulative hours across various multiplayer games, you get the "Time Well Spent" trophy. You also receive trophies as you increase in rank by playing through ranked matches. At the rank of private, you receive the basic "Enlisted" trophy. When you reach second lieutenant, you receive "Officer and Gentleman." You earn the "Four Star General" trophy when you reach the ranking of the same name. The final multiplayer trophy is the "Five Star General" trophy, which you receive after earning every other multiplayer trophy available.
