How to Change Profiles on PS3 Saves

The PlayStation 3 (PS3) saves game files in the "Backup" folder, located within the "Export" section. PS3 offers several saving and restoration options from a system backup to saving a single game save. When you transfer to a new PS3 profile, you lose all your game saves. To transfer a game save, backup the save file from your first profile and restore it on your second profile. If you wish to keep your profile but transfer PS3, sign up for a PlayStation Network profile.
