How to Increase Parameters on Peace Walker

"Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker" for the PlayStation Portable gaming system tasks players with assembling an army of mercenaries. Players must micromanage every aspect of this army, from the missions to the mess hall. Once a mercenary is recruited, its stat parameters are set and can only be increased by increasing the personnel's morale. In order to increase your team's morale and, therefore, increase their parameters, you must increase the amount of food available to them to at least 100 percent.

Instructions

  Insert the "Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker" game disc into the PSP system and select the game's icon from the "Game" section of the XrossMediaBar.

  Press the "Up" or "Down" button on the D-pad to highlight the save file that contains the characters that you want to increase the parameters for and press the "X" button to select the save file. Upon loading, the game will take you directly to the "Mother Base" menu.

  Press "Left" or "Right" button on the D-pad to highlight the "Staff" option in the "Mother Base" menu. Press the "X" button to select the "Staff" option.

  Press the "Left" or "Right" button on the D-pad to highlight the staff member that you want to assign to the Mess Hall team. Press the "X" button to select the staff member. This member can be selected from the "Waiting Room" or he or she can be selected from his or her team.

  Press the "Up" or "Down" button on the D-pad to highlight the "Mess Hall" option and press the "X" button assign the solder to the team. Once the soldier is assigned to the team, the percentage next to the "Food" heading at the top of the screen will increase.

  Repeat steps four and five until the percentage next to the "Food" heading is greater than 100 percent. With the food at 100 percent or greater, the teams morale will increase, and so will their parameters.
