How to Get the Yojimbo Aeon in FF10

In "FF10," or "Final Fantasy X," one of your most useful team members, Yuna, summons creatures called Aeons for assistance in battle. Yuna gets many of her Aeons as the story progresses, but a few, such as Yojimbo, are hidden. Yojimbo resides in the Cavern of the Stolen Fayth. Even if you find and defeat him, Yojimbo refuses to join you unless you pay a hefty fee for his services. However, you can negotiate a lower price by bargaining with him.

Instructions

  Open the world map and select the Calm Lands to travel there instantly in your airship. Walk northeast, towards Mt. Gagazet, until you enter the Cavern of the Stolen Fayth.

  Go straight and turn right when possible. Keep following the path and take the first left you reach. Walk straight at the next intersection. Save your game at the save point, if desired.

  Walk into the cavern in front of you to challenge Yojimbo. Use a strong fighter, like Tidus or Auron, to deal physical damage. Combine physical attacks with Lulu's magic, and have Yuna cast healing magic until Yojimbo falls.

  Walk onto the teleport pad when the battle ends. Yojimbo waits for you ahead. Talk to him; he asks you what you desire. Select the third answer, "To defeat the most powerful enemies." Yojimbo asks for the lowest amount of money if you choose this answer.

  Offer to give Yojimbo triple the amount he asks you to pay, if you can afford it. Yojimbo gives you two free Teleport Spheres and joins you. If you cannot afford his asking price, enter the amount of money you want to pay; Yojimbo lowers his price slightly. Continue bidding with him until he presents you with an acceptable offer.
