Extra Health in Chapter 1.3 or 2.1
In order to get health, in chapter 1.3 or 2.1 find a lake and shoot the fish in it until they die. Getting on the boat and picking up the fish will give you additional health. The fish come in 2 different sizes, with the larger fish taking up 12 spaces in the inventory and smaller fish taking up 3 spaces.
Kill the Doctor to Buy Health
Killing doctor Salvador will give you extra money to buy health. Enter the town of pueblo and run up the path near the tower. There will be ganados burning the cop, just ignore them and keep up the path to the tower. Dr Salvador will be standing there to block your way. Kill him to get a ruby worth 10,000 pesetas, or you may get 10,000 pesetas in the form of gold bars.
Kill Doctor Salvador Again
You can kill the doctor twice to get twice the money and use it to buy health. This cheat only works if you have killed doctor Salvador once already in the tower. Go to the nearby 2 storey house and watch the cutscenes. Doctor Salvador will appear again outside, as though you never killed him once before. Kill him again and get another 10,000 pesetas or ruby that you can use to buy health.
Sell Your Eggs
After gaining access to the tunnel with the merchant beyond Pueblo, return to the farm area and wait for the chickens there to lay eggs. Exit and re-enter to begin the same process over again. After you fill your inventory, you can return to the nearby merchant to sell your eggs. White chicken eggs sell for 300 Pesetas, brown eggs for 600 Pesetas, and golden eggs for 3,000 Pesetas.
