Steal Finishing Moves
Finishing moves are the standard way to keep your opponents on the canvas long enough to pin them, but it doesn't necessarily have to be your finishing move. There is a cheat that you can use to finish your opponents with his own special move, for the ultimate humiliation. Instead of building up one Smackdown, as you normally would, wait until you have two. Press "L1" and "L2" when in the position that you would normally carry out your finishing move.
Mixed-sex Season Mode
A created female wrestler can fight against the likes of Triple H and The Rock in the male Season Mode with a simple trick. Create your female wrestler, but when you are asked to choose a gender, select "Unknown." Start a male Season Mode and she will appear in the playable character list.
Create Classic Wrestlers
The Create a Wrestler Mode may seem like a random selection of clothes and body parts, but there are actually real people hidden within the countless options. Go into the Face Menu to create the faces of classic wrestlers. If you are making a male wrestler, choose option "4" for Hair, Face, Face Shape and Beard to create Big Boss Man. Changing each of these selections to "26" makes the face of Bret the Hitman Hart. For Mr. Perfect, Choose "21" for the same four options. If you are creating a female wrestler, pick "2" for all four options to make Chyna's face.
Unlockable Content
Win a match at Wrestlemania to unlock one of the following: a set of moves for a created wrestler, a set of Create a Wrestler parts, the Wrestlemania arena, Hulk Hogan in Season Mode, Faarooq's costume or Bradshaw's costume. For a choice between the Rebellion arena, a wrestler move set and the outfits of Chris Jericho, Stacy Keibler and Brock Lesnar, win a match at the main event Rebellion. Claim victory in any match at No Mercy to get the costume of either Stephanie McMahon, Rikishi, D-Von, Molly Holly or Shawn Michaels; you can also opt for the No Mercy arena.
