How to Move the Onscreen Keyboard to Its Original Position on a PS3

The PlayStation 3 features an onscreen keyboard you can use to send messages to friends, browse the Web and a variety of other functions when you don't have a keyboard physically connected. To help save space on the screen, the keyboard features a mini-size layout. If you don't like the size and position of the mini-size layout, switch back to the default layout and restore the keyboard to its original position.

Instructions

  Open the onscreen keyboard. The keyboard automatically opens any time you need to enter text in a form or dialog box. While using the Web browser, press "Start" to open the keyboard.

  Press the "Mini-size Keyboard" button on the onscreen keyboard to reset the keyboard to its default position and size. The icon looks like a keypad made up of nine small squares.

  Exit the onscreen keyboard to save the settings. The next time it is opened, it will be displayed in full size.
