How to Make a PS3 Theme

The PlayStation 3 is a home media console that allows you to customize your dashboard according to your personal preference. You can either purchase premade themes in the PlayStation Network Store or you can customize each aspect of the theme to make your own. Each theme is comprised of two parts: the button layout and the background wallpaper displayed. You can make your own theme in the Settings menu.

      Navigate to the "Settings" category on the PlayStation 3 main menu.

      Select "Theme Settings," located near the top of the list.

      Select "Theme," followed by any theme installed on your PlayStation 3. Customizing a pre-existing theme allows you to have a custom button layout.

      Select "Wallpaper," followed by the wallpaper you want to use instead of the theme's default. Press "O" twice to save your changes and return to the main menu.
