Using HDMI Cable

  Locate the "HDMI Out" on the back of your PS3.

  Connect one end of the HDMI cable into the "HDMI Out," and then connect the other end into an open "HDMI Input" on your TV.

  Turn on your TV, and then turn on your gaming console.

  Press the "Input" button on your remote and select the HDMI input you connected your game to. The XMB menu is displayed on your screen. The XMB menu is displayed in hi-definition.

Using S Component Video Cable

  Connect the AV connector attached to the S Component Video cable to the AV connector on the back of your PS3.

  Connect the five pins on the cable to the "Component Video" inputs on the back of your TV. The pins and ports are color coded so match them.

  Turn on your TV, and then turn on your gaming console.
