How to Launch ELF Files on PS3

LaunchELF is a hacker-community application for your softmodding (hacked) Sony PlayStation 3 - or PS3 - gaming system. This application makes it possible for you to move, copy, delete and rename different media files on your PS3 through the LaunchELF interface. These files can be from a hard drive, a CD/DVD ROM, a memory card or other type of storage device. The process of accessing LaunchELF files on your PS3 is fairly straightforward.

  Press the "Power" button on your PS3 to turn the gaming system on.

  Scroll through the XMB main menu to the "Settings" option, then press the "X" button to select it.

  Select the "LaunchELF" option in the Settings menu, and then press the "X" button to open it. The LaunchELF interface will open up on your screen.

  Scroll to the "FileBrowser" option in the main menu, then press the "X" button. A listing of the accessible files will appear in the LaunchELF interface window.
