How to Get EBOOT Bins on a PS3

For Sony PS3 owners who have installed custom firmware on their consoles, installing new eboot bin files on the PS3 is required to play games that call for a newer firmware. For example, custom firmware is run on PS3s running 3.41 and 3.55 firmware. If a PS3 game requires your PS3 be running 3.70, you need to install an eboot file that matches so it runs properly.
