How to Remove the Motion Sensor on a PlayStation 3

The Nintendo Wii debuted with a motion-capture device that rests directly on top of or below the television. It was a few years before Microsoft and Sony jumped on the motion-sensor bandwagon. The Sony PlayStation 3 uses large controllers with circular globes to read players' movements, allowing you to control your game with movements instead of your fingers. However, if you don't want to use the motion controllers you need to remove them from the PS3 system, which ensures you are able to use a standard controller.
