How to Contact Sony About a PlayStation 3 Problem

The Sony PlayStation Knowledge Center provides users with detailed support, user manuals, how-tos, FAQs and other helpful features. Access the Knowledge Center directly from your Web browser whenever you wish. If you cannot find what you are looking for from the information provided by the support pages, you can submit a question to Sony for specific instructions about your PlayStation 3 problem.

  Open your Web browser and navigate to the PlayStation Knowledge Center Ask a Question page (see Resources).

  Click the "Click Here" link next to "For All Other Regions" if you are not located in the United States or Canada. This will allow you to select your proper region.

  Click the drop-down arrow next to the "Product" field.

  Select "PS3 System" from the drop-down list. The form will require that you specify your problem.

  Click the drop-down arrow next to "Product" again to choose a PS3 System topic most closely related to your problem.

  Fill out the rest of the fields on the page and then click the "Submit Your Question" button. A new page will load, confirming your recent submission and noting when you can expect to receive a response from Sony.
