My DualShock 3 Won't Connect

When the PlayStation 3 launched, it only supported the Sixaxis controller, which provided users with full motion-sensing technology and wireless capabilities in addition to the standard buttons and pads built into the face and top of the controller. Sony then introduced the DualShock 3 controller, which kept all of the innovations of the earlier Sixaxis controller but added rumbling vibration feedback technology so that users could feel crashes and hits that occur in-game. The DualShock 3 won't connect to a PlayStation 3 without the USB cord included with the controller.
