How to Hook Up Bluetooth to Call of Duty 4 for PS3

"Call of Duty 4" is a first-person shooter game for the Sony PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. You can use Bluetooth-based equipment with the PS3, such as headphones and wireless controllers. This frees you up so you can walk and play anywhere in the room without disrupting your gameplay. Pair your Bluetooth device with the PS3 system to use it during "Call of Duty 4" missions.

Instructions

  Power on the Sony PS3 and wait for the main display screen to load.

  Push the left directional arrow button over until you find "Settings." Press "X" to accept this, then move down to "Accessory Settings."

  Choose "Manage Bluetooth Devices." Power on the Bluetooth equipment you want to use with "Call of Duty 4."

  Navigate over to "Register New Devices." The PS3 scans for all Bluetooth devices in the area. Select your equipment when it appears on the screen and type in the four digit pass key (found in the Bluetooth device&'s user manual).

  Choose "OK" and the Bluetooth device syncs up with the Sony PS3. Insert the "Call of Duty 4" gaming disc into the system and wait for the game to load. Choose "New Game" and your Bluetooth equipment is now ready for use.
