How to Connect a PC & a PS3 Media Player

The PlayStation 3 is a media device that provides owners with many different options for enjoying their media. This can either be through playing video games, DVD and Blu-ray discs, or video and music media files. Fortunately, PS3 users also have the option of using the Media Server option on their personal computers. This allows the user to play any files that are stored on their computer through their PS3. The Media Server functionality can eliminate the need to add more wires to a home media center as well as keep the PS3 hard drive free for other needs.
