How did all those people win those cool prizes?
GTA: Vice City had a promotional contest where the first several thousand people to get 100% completion recieved a golden key to the city among other prizes. To do this you must complete every mission, 30 car thefts, 50 stunts, collect 200 pigeons, complete the random missions, complete all the vigilante missions, complete your kill list as well as gather all the special abilities from your friends. This is a tall order, and for most games requires almost 50 hours of playtime. The key is to keep going back to your friends and asking for work as well as not passing on any opportunities to make a little money. Time really flies when you are creating mayhem in Vice City.
How do I ditch my "Wanted" level?
Every time you trip on a crack and blast an innocent bystander, it seems your "Wanted" level goes up, even if no one saw it! The best way to rapidly lower your level isn't hiding out in the sewers waiting for the cops to bring you in with lethal force -- go to one of your mission givers, take whatever he has to offer and then hightail it for your safe house. Once there, save the game and you will have gone down a whole "Wanted" level.
Dial a Cheat
The best way to power up your game play is through Nikkos cell phone. Although you can't order a pizza from it, you can do all these cool things: For more health, dial 482-555-0100; for the best car in the game, call 227-555-0168; to remove your wanted level, dial 267-555-0100, or even get a healthy dose of fresh weapons at 486-555-0150. Now that is service.
