How to Get Siren in Final Fantasy 8

In "Final Fantasy VIII" for the Sony PlayStation, you play as Squall, who must take a team of characters into battle with a powerful sorceress and her minions. You can get the guardian force named "Siren" in a battle with Elvoret near Balamb Garden fairly early in this 1999 role-playing game. Siren will help you locate hidden save points in the field after you draw this force from the boss and win the battle.

Instructions

- 1
  Use the draw command on Elvoret. This will pull Siren from it, which will allow you to capture the guardian force for your own purposes.

  Attack the boss with each character's attack abilities and use the occasional limit break maneuver.
- 3
  Draw the Cure spell from Elvoret after he hits your party with the tornado attack, which will damage every member of your team. Drawing the Cure spell will allow you to cast it on your characters to recover some hit points.
- 4
  Summon your existing guardian forces to help in the fight if needed. Once you beat Elvoret you will get to keep Siren to use with your party.
