How to Make Black Frost in Persona 3

In "Persona 3" Personas, powerful avatars that possess magical abilities, can be created through fusion in the Velvet Room. The Velvet Room is maintained by Igor and his assistant Elizabeth. Elizabeth occasionally will make requests of you, which sometimes take the form of creating a specific Persona through fusion. One of Elizabeth's requests is to create the Black Frost Persona.

Instructions

- 1
  Have the main character land the killing blow on enemies during battle to trigger a Shuffle at the end of battle. Shuffles are simple mini games that can reward you with new Personas that can be used in fusion. Personas that you have met before are stored in your compendium and can be recreated for a small fee.

  Complete Elizabeth's 22nd request by creating a Vetala with the fire skill Maragi. This can be done by fusing a Pyro Jack with an Ara Mitama or a Chimera. Completing this will give you the Sugar Key, an item necessary for creating the King Frost.

  Create a King Frost by fusing Jack Frost with Saki Mitama, Nekomata with Titania or Surt with Pixie.

  Wait until mid-September for Cross Fusion to unlock. Cross Fusion allows you to fuse 4 Personas at a time.
- 5
  Fuse King Frost with Jack Frost, Pyro Jack and Queen Mab to create Black Frost.
