How to Make a Magic Memory Stick and a Pandora Battery for the PSP

Download the appropriate programs for completing these tasks. Ultra Pandora Installer is a program that runs on the PSP, while Rains MMS Maker runs on your computer. The "4.01 eboot" file needs to be saved to the desktop of your computer (see Resources).

Insert the memory stick into the card reader and connect it to your computer. Open Rains MMS Maker and click "Load Eboot" from the window that appears. A new window will open. Select the "4.01 eboot" file and click "OK." Click "Make MMS" to create the Magic memory stick.

Connect your PSP to your computer with the USB cable and click "View files/folders" from the window that appears on your computer. You will see the folders on the PSP memory stick. Right-click the "Ultra Pandora Installer" file that you downloaded and click "Copy" from the menu that appears.

Open the "PSP" folder on the PSP memory stick from your computer and right-click the "GAME" folder. Click "Paste" to transfer the program to the PSP memory stick. Press the "O" button to disconnect the PSP from the computer.

Select "Ultra Pandora Installer" from the PSP menu's game section and select "Battery Options" when the next menu appears. Select "Make Battery Pandora" and select "Yes" to verify your choice. The PSP battery will be converted into a Pandora battery. Press the "Home" button to return to the PSP main menu.
