PlayStation 3
Purchase Logitech̵7;s Cordless Precision Controller. It will feel very familiar--it uses the same layout of Sony̵7;s PlayStation 3 controller.
Insert two AA batteries into the controller. Take the cover off the back of the controller and insert the batteries properly. Looking at it from the back, the top battery should have the positive (with the nub) to the right, and the bottom with the positive to the left.
Plug in the Mini USB Receiver. Locate the USB inputs on the bottom right on the front of the PlayStation 3. Plug in the Mini Receiver to the USB.
Set up the controller on your PS3. Once it is connected, use the on-screen instructions to configure your controller for use.
Insert "Prince of Persia" and play. Control the prince with the left stick and the camera with the right. The "X" button is to jump and perform wall runs, and acrobatic attacks in combat mode. The "O" button is to extend a wall run and during combat mode grabs and throws. The "Square" button is used for a sword attack in combat mode. The "Triangle" button shows you what direction to go and also is used for Elika-assisted jumps, activating power plates and Elika-assisted attacks in combat mode. The "L1" and "L2" buttons are used to talk with Elika. The "R1" and "R2" buttons will drop you down from a ledge and block and deflect in combat mode.
PC
Choose a Logitech controller for your PC. With the Dual Action Gamepad, Rumblepad 2 and Cordless Rumblepad 2, there is a controller for everyone.
Install the software. Each controller comes with an included disc of software. Put the disc in your disc drive and follow the setup steps.
Connect your controller to the PC. Both the cordless and corded versions have a USB connection. The cordless will involve plugging in the USB wireless receiver. Find an open USB port and connect the controller.
Configure your buttons. The PC controller has programmable buttons, so you can assign the action to the button that works best for you.
