Health and Armor
Health and armor both indicate how much damage you can take, and these cheats will give you full quantities of both. Type in "362-555-0100" to get full health and armor. Enter "482-555-0100" to get full health, armor and an array of advanced weaponry.
Warning Level
Your warning level indicates how much police attention you have accumulated. The higher the level, the more dogged the police are when they pursue you. To clear your police wanted level, dial "267-555-0100." To raise your police level by one star, enter "267-555-0150" into the phone.
Weapons
These cheats will give you an assortment of weapons to fight with. Dial "486-555-0150" to get a variety of basic guns and weapons, including the .44 and the regular shotgun. Dial "486-555-0100" to receive a slew of advanced weaponry, including the automatic shotgun, advanced sniper rifle and the grenade launcher. If fisticuffs are more your style, dial "276-555-2666" to give your punches exploding power.
Spawn Cars
This game features many vehicles, and several codes will spawn cars that you can use. Dial "938-555-0100" for a Jetmax. Enter "625-555-0150" for a Sanchez, and enter "227-555-0142" to get a Cognoscenti. Dial "227-555-0147" to receive a Turismo. Dial "625-555-0150" to receive the NRG-900, and enter "227-555-0147" for the Super GT. Type in "227-555-0100" to get the FIB Buffalo.
Spawn Vehicles
A variety of other vehicles are available via cell-phone cheats. Dial "359-555-2899" for the Buzzard helicopter. Dial "359-555-0100" to get the Annihilator helicopter, and enter "272-555-8265" for the powerful tank. Enter "938-555-0150" for the Floater boat. Enter "625-555-3273" for the Vader motorcycle and "625-555-0200" for the Akuma motorcycle.
