Arcade games have been around for as long as people have been playing video games, and as long as they've been around, people have been complaining about their legs hurting. Sit down arcade games, though usually catering to racing games to simulate a realistic racing experience, hhave spread to new machines that are both fun and comfortable.

Arcade Mania Sit Down
- Arcade Mania Sit Down is ideal for a bar, or even a home game room. The console is essentially a table with arcade style controllers on two sides and the screen under the tabletop. The table contains 150 classic games, and unlike most arcade consoles, includes a pause function so you can take a break, get a drink and return to your game without missing a step. Some of the games include: Asteroids, Paperboy and Arkanoid. With 147 other games from which to choose, this is one of the ultimate consoles in sit-down arcade gaming.

- This arcade game has you reclined, staring up at a screen in this fast-paced racing game. You race your speed bike through magnetic tubes that serve as a racetrack, with a full 360-degree range of movement. There are also power ups that double your already monumental speed, as well as obstacles and ice to cool your octane engines.
Need For Speed Carbon
- Need For Speed Carbon is a lot like most sit-down racing arcade games, but with a 42 inch television, you're a little more connected to the action. With more than 50 cars, seven tracks and a drift course, there are more than 100 different races for any given vehicle you choose.
Tsumo Deluxe
- Tsumo Deluxe features a 50 inch projection screen, surround sound and full six degrees of freedom motion allowing your seat to move in all directions. The icing on the cake is an acrylic ball that surrounds the seat, putting you inside a bubble for an experience you need to see to believe. This game comes with a number of optional including a junior model without the acrylic ball.
iGO Sitdown
- iGO Sitdown is a sit down arcade game with a sliding 32 inch LCD that creates a virtual reality experience around the player. The game does not require any staff supervision, and it looks like a piece of art itself making it a great addition to any arcade or game room.
