Unlockables
To unlock World 9, beat Worlds 1 through 8 without continuing a single time. To unlock World 10, unlock World 9, then beat World 9 without continuing.
To unlock the staff credits game, beat World 1. To unlock the Grandpa character, find all the bananas, including the hidden bananas.
Bonus Completion
World 1- Run along the circles of bananas.
World 2- Run along the path.
World 3- Run around in circles and keep up your momentum.
World 4- Roll down the stairs and run over to one of the speeders on either side to launch yourself up and get loads of bananas. Slow down near the top so you do not go flying off the stage. There are three different sides of the pyramid on which you can do this.
World 5- Go to the right, and go along the border and jump onto the blocks. Once you get back to the starting point, jump on the blocks second-closest to the edge, then third-closest, and so on.
World 6- This bonus is easy enough to complete without tips or tricks.
World 7- You will need to jump between the third, fourth and fifth ramps. This is difficult and will take practice.
World 8- Hit the speeders to launch into the air and get as many bananas as possible.
World 9- Run across the bars.
World 10- Wait until the gears stop moving and jump off the platform. Position yourself onto of one of the circles, then collect bananas as the gear starts spinning again.
Defeating Bosses
World 1- Wait until the bird lowers his head to strike. When his beak is down, jump at the red thing on his head. Do not jump while he flaps his wings.
World 2 Wait until the missiles are close to you, then jump over them. They will turn around and hit the boss.
World 3- The boss throws snowballs in the pattern of left, middle, right, left, middle, right. Dogde the snowballs, wait until he is dizzy from spinning and stops, then hit his belly button.
World 4- While avoiding the moles, get to the third section. Hit the mole with the red flashing thing. Jump over to the fourth section, onto the missiles that come out of the launchers, over to the fifth section, then jump over to the sixth section. Jump onto the missiles again, making sure to destroy all the missile launchers, then jump to the seventh section. Hit the button to beat the boss.
World 5- Get as close as you can and jumping along the tentacles. Once you get to the back, hit the glowing pink area of his head. Repeat this. Dogde the green blobs and wait for boss to return. Dodge the tentacles when he lands. Jump over the wave when he lands as well. Now repeat the entire process until you defeat the boss.
World 6- Hit the bosses pedestal three times to destroy it. Now hit the microphone until you defeat the boss.
World 7- Stay away from the boss until the machine falls apart. Then look through the rubble until you find the monkey and hit her until you defeat her.
World 8- Immediately run and hide between the bosses legs to avoid the spinning attack. Once he̵7;s done spinning, run up behind him and hit him in his rear. He̵7;ll either start his spin attack again or try to stab you. Keep hiding and hitting him in the rear until you damage him enough to get him to jump in the air and start a small earthquake. Be sure to jump as he lands. Keep repeating this process to defeat the boss.
