How to Import Rock Band Songs

Wii game lovers may desire to go from the original "Rock Band" game to a more updated version known as "Rock Bank 2." However, if this transition causes you to lose some of the song selections you have, this problem has a solution in the form of Microsoft points, which allow you to import songs for a fee. Since "Rock Band 2" provides support for its users, this lets you hold onto the selections you have right now and then transfer those titles to "Rock Band 2."

     Load the "Rock Band" game in your Wii gaming system.

     Push the "Update Your Title" option under the primary menu.

     Go to the "Extras" feature.

     Go to "Export Disc" and then click on it. Follow the directions on your screen. Note that you need to pay 400 Microsoft points to use this option, and must have Internet access to complete the transaction. This enables you to add the selections you desire to your "Rock Band 2" game.
