Download the Mac code manager application. Double-click on the file to open the software.
Click on "File" and "Create new .gct file." Copy and paste the texture editing code from the "Smash Boards" website. The code is lengthy, so make sure you copy and paste the complete data.
Go to "File," then "Save As" and name the file "RSBE01.gct." Save the file to the desktop of your Mac.
Insert your Wii SD card into the Mac. Double-click the SD card to load the root folder. Go to "File," "New" and "Folder" at the top of the screen. Name the folder "Codes."
Drag and drop the "RSBE01.gct" file into the "Codes" folder.
Click on the root of the SD card. Open the "Private" folder, then the "Wii" folder, "App" folder, "RSBE" folder, "pf" folder and create a new folder titled "fighter." In this folder, create a new folder and label it "sonic."
Download a Sonic texture from Smash Boards. The Shadow texture is available. Save the file to your Mac desktop. Rename the file "FitSonic05.pcs." Drag and drop the file into the new "sonic" folder on the Wii SD card.
Remove the SD card from your Mac computer and load the Code Manager application from your Wii Homebrew menu. Click to "Activate" the texture code and then load the game to play as Shadow.
