  Press the right or left arrow buttons on the remote to set the player's position.

  Press up or down on the remote to adjust the angle of your toss. Pressing down will result in a low ring toss, while pressing up will give you a high throw. Once your position is set, the "Carnival Games" character will automatically pick up a ring without you having to press any buttons.

  Hold the Wii remote in front of you with the sensor facing the television screen and turn your body to the side, as if preparing to do a golf swing.

  Move the remote in a diagonal throwing motion across your body, like you're tossing something. Do not let go of the remote. In your throw, aim toward the center of the gaming board to maximize your ricochet.
