Instructions
Go to the Celesta Church and speak to Perry. He tells you that he has been scared by odd noises at around two in the morning.
Come back to the church at 2 a.m. After Perry runs from the church, enter it and go through the door next to the altar on the right.
Talk to the Harvest Sprite that is crying by the purple bell. He tells you that he cannot ring the bell because no one has made any wishes in the Wishing Shrine.
Exit the room and go into the door on the left side of the altar. This is the Wishing Shrine. Your Harvest Sprite tries to make a wish, but nothing happens. He tells you to talk to the Harvest Goddess instead.
Visit the Harvest Goddess at the Goddess' Pond and speak to her. She tells you the back story of the Wishing Shrine and tells you to collect the wishes of others to help the Harvest Sprite ring the purple bell.
Talk to residents and raise your friendship level to at least three hearts with at least 10 people. Once your friendship reaches three hearts, each person tells you his wish.
Visit the Wishing Shrine between 6 a.m. and 6 p.m. after you have received a wish from someone. Stand in front of the picture and press 'A' to bring up a list of all the people you know. Select a character that has a red clover next to her name. This means you have heard her wish. The clover turns green after you submit her wish and a mark appears at the top of the painting.
Accumulate 10 wishes from 10 different people.
Visit the Harvest Sprite with the purple bell and speak with him. He will ring the bell.
Return to the Goddess' Pond after the sprite has rung the bell.
