Unlock new games. You can unlock new games by playing certain games a set number of times or by performing well in the game. For example, to unlock Super Hula Hoop, you need to play hula hoop three times. You can unlock the Pressup Challenge by receiving four stars on both the six- and 10-repetition Push-up and Side Plank challenges. Many unlocked games come with higher time limits.
Play games that offer time limits or increased repetitions. Games that come with variable time limits and repetitions offer you the longest workouts. Higher time limits and repetitions become available the more you play each game and the better score you achieve.
Combine long time-limit and high repetition exercises. Wii Fit doesn't come with an option to combine exercises in a row, but you can manually select long-lasting exercises. For example, choose to play Free Step for 10 minutes, and then do 10 repetitions of the Push-up and Side Plank exercises followed by playing Free Run for 20 minutes.
