How to Easily Get Credits on Halo Reach

In "Halo: Reach" you must earn credits by participating in multi-player matches, Firefight mode and by completing missions in the campaign mode. Once you earn enough credits, you can spend them at the in-game store to purchase new armor, upgrades and other equipment for use in multi-player mode. If you want to earn credits without putting in much effort, you can do so in Firefight mode. Although the method is a bit slow, it is one of the easiest ways to earn credits.

  Play the game in Firefight mode, which you can access from the main menu. Select the "Game Options Menu" from the list of options in Firefight mode.

  Select "Spartan Settings" and then choose the "Base Traits Menu" option. From here, select "Shields and Health." Set the "Damage Resistance" field to "Invulnerable."

  Set the difficulty to "Legendary," then start the Firefight match. Walk through the map until you locate a group of enemies. Stand near them and let them attack you. You will not be damaged during this time.

  Leave your game running while you do something else. While the match continues, you will earn approximately 10 credits per minute without actually participating. Check on the game periodically to see how many credits you have.
