How to Unlock Zombie Mode on the Xbox 360

The first-person shooter game "Call of Duty: World at War" also known as COD: WaW or COD 5, introduces a new unlockable mode called "Nazi Zombies." You and up to three extra teammates and compete round-by-round to destroy the zombies. You get various types of guns and skills as you play. Your mission is to see how many levels you can withstand before the zombies win. It is not a normal part of gameplay, but an extra that you must unlock in order to play on the PC, PS3 or Xbox 360.

  Start a new game from the main menu.

  Complete the campaign, mission-by-mission, until you reach the end. Save your game at every save point possible in order to progress in case you die during one of the many difficult missions.

  Return to the main menu where you can now access zombie mode. Alternatively, get on Xbox live and have a friend who has already unlocked zombie mode host a game and join it to play. You cannot host the game until you beat campaign mode. Select an easy difficulty setting to finish the process faster.
