Monday Night Combat Instructions

Killing becomes a sport in the Xbox 360 Arcade title "Monday Night Combat." You take control of an assassin and must use combat skills and special moves to defeat competitors and emerge victorious in this deadly game show that you can play solo or online against friends. This 2010 title uses most buttons on the Xbox 360 controller, which requires a bit of a learning curve to master.

Instructions

- 1
  Move your character with the left thumbstick. Change the camera angle with the right thumbstick.

  Press "Up" on the directional pad to upgrade your abilities and weapons. After hitting up, press "Up" for cloaking, "Down" for your blade, "Left" for sprint and "Right" for your smoke bomb. You will earn upgrades in the game by gaining experience.

  Press "Down" on the directional pad to build turrets or buy bots.

  Jump with the "A" button.

  Use smoke bombs by pressing "B." This will cause an explosion that disables turrets and bots and slows down enemies.

  Tap the "X" button once to sprint. Press it a second time to stop sprinting.

  Cloak yourself with the "Y" button. Stand as still as possible after pressing "Y" to increase the effectiveness of this maneuver.

  Attack with the "RT" button. Press it to use your blade and hold it down to throw shurikens. Use the "RB" button to reload. Switch weapons with the "LB" button.

  Perform a grappling move against an enemy with the "LT" button.
